With Orange Dot Gallery, The British Postal Museum and Archive, Cass Art London and Bloomsbury Festival.Bloomsbury gallery space ‘Orange Dot’ contacted 32 artists and illustrators to produce a piece using 32 blank postcards as the canvas.
Once completed, those 32 postcards were sent onto 32 other creatives to be worked onto again. Once these pieces were completed they were sent back to ‘Orange Dot’ to be reconfigured as the original artists piece, producing highly dynamic and unpredictable outcomes and compositions.
Puck Studios incorporated illustrators like Matthew The Horse, Lizzy Stewart and Jez Burrows to get involved with their piece, creating an exciting and eclectic work.Private view Thursday 20th October. All invited.

Hey! So the jolly folks at Poke are producing a project called Secret Portraits in association with Orange blog “The Feed”. Here’s the copy regarding what it’s all about:
-
It’s been a fun-packed year making all sorts of things for people - from recording singing tweetagrams to serving up ice cream wherever your tweets took us. Now, we’re celebrating by bringing back a couple of all-time favourite ideas.
Remember secret portraits? Our tailor-made Twitter profile pics return with amazing new illustrators. Tweet a description of yourself (hashtag: #secretportrait) and they could make one just for you.
Later this month we’ll be making another brilliant thing for you, so get involved and stay tuned.
-
Featured above is the lovely image done by the very good Margaux Carpentier. We recommend you get involved, cos who knows who’ll possibly end up drawing your very own face in a very special way!
